Is Digi available in my area?

How fast my Internet connection can be?

What are the requirements to use Digi service?
We do our best to ease your connection to Digi. The main and only requirement to have a computer! 300 MHz processor, 128 Meg RAM, Windows 98, 2000, XP or MAC OS X and Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher (or equivalent browser).
Should I have a telephone line to connect to Digi Internet?
No, NO telephone line is required.
Digi offer fiber optic to home with equal up/down stream and perfect signal transmission.
Can I play JXII online games with Digi?
Yes, you are welcome! Digi offers free of charge data allowance to play JXII Games in high speeds.
Do I have to buy any equipment?
Yes and No.
- Yes, if you want to share Internet more than 1 pc. What you need - router and switch. And if your computer does not currently have an Ethernet port, non-standard installation is required. If you wish to purchase accessories (i.e., routers, batteries, etc.) you will have to purchase such equipment separately.
- No, if you want to use only one pc.
What technology that Digi provide to clients?
Digi offers Fiber Optic to home with no extra charge on laying cable while others charge you $500/km.
How I will receive the bill?
Digi will send the bill at the end of month to your prefer email address.
How can I make my monthly fee payment?
Digi accepts following payment:
- Payment in cash, cheque or a valid credit card for automatic and convenient bill pay without late charges at Digi office/Points
- Payment to Digi account at any ABA Bank branch which close to your location
