Counter-Strike 1.6

Counter-Strike is a first-person shooter in which players join either the terrorist or counter-terrorist team (or become a spectator). Each team attempts to complete their mission objective and/or eliminate the opposing team. Each round starts with the two teams spawning simultaneously, usually at opposite ends of the map from each other.

How to install and run CS:

  1. Unzip the file 'CS 1.6.rar'
  2. Open the folder 'CS 1.6'
  3. Install the game (open installation file 'CounterStrike1.6.exe')
  4. Install the patch for the Counter-Strike (open and install 'CS-1.6-patch_V23B.exe')
  5. Install the anti-cheat system (open installation file 'sXeInjectedSetup.11.2.Fix.6.exe')
  6. Run anti-cheat system by double click on icon sXe Injected on your Desktop
  7. Open a shortcut on the desktop on your computer 'Counter-Strike 1.6' and join the game.
  8. Configure Counter-Strike to play it in Digi Network (to play the game as normal your anti-cheat system - sXe Injected must be running)

Install sXe Injection

  • Open installation file 'sXeInjectedSetup.11.2.Fix.6.exe'

  • Run sXe injected client by double click on icon sXe
  • Verify by notice on system tray icon on the right
  • Then start running counter strike as normal.

How to configure Counter-Strike to play it in Digi Network:

  1. Open the shortcut on your computer desktop 'Counter-Strike'
  2. Open 'Options'
  3. In 'Multiplayer' section Enter your Nickname, which you want to use in the game, then press the button 'Ok'
  4. Open 'Find Servers'
  5. Choose the section 'Favorites' -> 'Add Server' -> Enter IP address of Digi's game server: 115.178.24.16:27015 -> 'OK'

  6. You can see Digi's game-server: 'DIGI Half-Life dedicated server'. To connecting select it and press 'OK' - join the game.
